David Walker

David Walker has worked in coworking and flexible workspace since 2008, first as an operator and founder, then as an advisor to owners, developers, and workspace groups across the U.S. and international markets.

He co-founded one of the early coworking spaces in Austin, Texas, before coworking became a mainstream real estate category, and grew it to three locations. That gave him firsthand operator insight into creating demand, selling memberships, managing private offices, and running the business day to day. He later helped launch one of the first global coworking consultancies, advising developers, investors, and real estate groups across the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

His work sits at the intersection of real estate strategy, operating models, financial planning, and AI-native delivery. He helps clients move from scattered assumptions and disconnected decisions into clear models, practical plans, and a private Flex Intelligence Portal that makes the work easier to understand, manage, and act on.

His perspective is grounded in firsthand operating experience and years of advisory work, and in a practical belief that flexible workspace strategy only works when the numbers, the customer experience, the team, and the systems all fit together.
