CoworkingConsulting.com LLC (“CoworkingConsulting.com,” “we,” “us”) is a flexible workspace advisory firm. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to this website, our client deliverables and portals, and the internal software we operate to run the firm.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and the details of a property or project when you contact us, book a call, or purchase an engagement.
- Engagement materials. Documents a client provides so we can perform the work — leases, floor plans, rent rolls, operating statements, and similar records.
- Website usage. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and browser type.
- Accounting and payment records. When you purchase a study, our payment processor handles the transaction and returns invoice and payment records to our accounting system. We never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To perform the analysis, modeling, and advisory work you have engaged us for.
- To communicate with you about an active or prospective engagement.
- To issue invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- To improve our research, methodology, and the quality of our deliverables.
Client confidentiality
Materials provided for an engagement are treated as confidential and are used only to perform that engagement. We do not sell client information. We do not publish a client’s property specifics, financials, or deal terms without permission. Where we describe past work publicly, it is anonymized unless a client has expressly agreed otherwise.
Third-party services
We use established third-party providers to operate the firm, including web hosting and analytics, email and calendar services, cloud document storage, and accounting and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices, and only to the extent needed to deliver their service.
QuickBooks Online. We connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online to read and manage our own accounting records — our invoices, customers, and payment status. This connection accesses our company’s books. It is authorized by us, used only for internal financial operations and reconciliation, and is never used to access any third party’s accounting data. Access tokens are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are not shared.
Data retention
We retain engagement records and correspondence for as long as needed to serve the client relationship and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security
We use access controls, credential isolation, and restricted file permissions to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you promptly.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or ask to stop receiving communications. Write to the address below and we will respond.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
